Contact Brookhaven HVAC Company

What Happens After You Call

The call is where the job gets scoped. We talk through what the system is doing, discuss what a visit involves, and confirm the price before anything is committed. Nothing moves forward until the scope and the rate are both agreed.

Here is how it works:

1. You describe the situation. Tell us what the system is doing, what you have noticed, and how long it has been going on. We ask follow-up questions to get a clear picture.
2. We scope the visit. Based on what you describe, we explain what the visit will cover and what it will cost. The job is understood before anyone is scheduled.
3. We confirm the details. Once the scope and price are agreed, we confirm the scheduling details. If anything changes before the visit, we communicate that in advance.

One call and the job gets scoped.

Who We Serve

We work with a range of clients across Brookhaven and DeKalb County. If you fall into any of the categories below, the process is the same: a call, a scoped visit, and a confirmed price before work begins.

• Homeowners dealing with an AC that stopped cooling, a furnace that will not fire, or a system that is simply due for service or replacement
• Landlords and property managers who need heating and cooling work handled across one unit or many, with clear pricing and scheduling for each visit
• Commercial clients managing office buildings, retail spaces, or mixed-use properties where an HVAC failure affects operations, not just comfort

No pressure and no gimmicks, just straight HVAC answers and a price confirmed before the work starts.

Our Hours

We are available every day of the week, including weekends and holidays, from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

A system that stops working on a Saturday afternoon or a Sunday evening still gets answered. Emergency HVAC calls are handled within those hours the same way any other call is: the symptom is discussed on the phone, the visit is scoped, and the next step is confirmed before anything is dispatched.
